Delivery

Customers of our store can receive furniture by local delivery in Chernihiv, Slavutych, Ripky and nearby areas by prior agreement. Delivery by our transport is scheduled for an agreed day and time window.

Delivery across Ukraine is available through carrier companies. The delivery cost is calculated by the carrier when the order is shipped. Shipment is made after full payment or a prepayment of 60% of the product price.

Please check the package, facades, glass elements, size, color and completeness when receiving the order. If there is damage or an incomplete package, make a claim with the carrier immediately and contact us.

Important: before ordering, check doorways, stairways and the dimensions of the selected furniture model.

Delivery terms

  • 1-5 business days if the item is in stock at our warehouse.
  • 5-15 business days if the item is at a remote warehouse.
  • 2-6 weeks for custom-made products.

Our logistics specialist will call you 12-24 hours before delivery to confirm the time.

Warranty

Warranty

We work only with trusted manufacturers and carefully check product quality.

Before signing delivery documents, please check the package, absence of chips, cracks and scratches, completeness, size and color. If anything is damaged, do not sign the documents and contact us.

All products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. In case of a manufacturing defect, we help resolve the issue or replace the part according to warranty terms.

The warranty does not apply if the warranty period has expired, the product was damaged by improper use, mechanical impact or moisture, or the item was made to an individual order.

You can return eligible products within 14 days after receiving them if they were not used, remain in saleable condition and the receipt or invoice is available. Return delivery costs are paid by the customer.
