Product quality
You receive exactly the product shown in the photos. All items are checked before shipment.
Delivery terms
Delivery terms: 1-5 business days if the item is in stock, 5-15 business days if it is at a remote warehouse, and 2-6 weeks for custom-made products. Our logistics specialist will call 12-24 hours before delivery.
Returns and exchanges
You can return eligible products within 14 days if they do not fit or have a defect.
Warranty
All products come with an official manufacturer warranty from 6 to 24 months.
Payment
Cash on delivery, online card payment or bank transfer for legal entities.
